What do you get when you throw five photographers in a hot tub? Something bloody AMAZING!
That was the night Gather to Grow was founded. Born from honest conversations about the struggles of life and work.
Realising we all had the same frustrations about the lack of open, transparent communication about business, there was nothing out there for us baby and family photographers, so we decided to build it.
Because honest business chats shouldn't just occur behind closed doors, we want everyone to succeed and live to their true potential.
Why community matters:
"Community over competition" is a phrase that's used a lot. We are as guilty as anyone else for throwing around the word 'community', but what does that really mean? Well for us, we want you to know there is a completely judgement-free zone at Gather to Grow. Don't ever feel like you won't fit in this space because it genuinely is for EVERYONE.
We care about the person behind the business. Giving you the tools, inspiration, and confidence to create a business that supports what you want in life. Becoming your best self, not teaching you to be someone else.
You cannot run a business in a bubble. Surrounding yourself with likemided people, who not only support your business, but understand it completey, will absolutley help you to succeed.
When we grow together, so does our industry. And our industry needs this!
